Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name and email address. You may optionally add a bio, phone number, certificates, and endorsements to your profile. We also collect the content you post (reviews, comments, messages, forum posts) and standard technical data such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

We use your information to operate the site: displaying your reviews and profile, sending notifications you've opted into, processing subscriptions through Stripe, preventing fraud and fake reviews, and improving the product. We do not sell your personal information.

What's public

Reviews, forum posts, milestones, and your pilot profile are public. You can hide your email and phone number from your public profile in Settings. Private messages are visible only to sender and recipient.

Third parties

We use Base44 for hosting and data storage, Stripe for payments, and Google Maps for school locations. Each processes data under its own privacy policy. Review content may be screened by automated (AI) moderation tools before publication.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your reviews and profile content at any time, and you can request account deletion by contacting us. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
