California Baptist University Aviation Flight

I have my gripes about it as well as some good things. Overall it’s been ok, I’ve worked thru just about their whole flight program now. Their pricing is just about the same as any other collegiate 141 but the issue is they’re not AABI accredited therefor leaving out the opportunity for students to apply to multiple cadet programs other than Horizon and the AA group programs. The quality of instructions has been pretty good especially for my commercial single rating but the issue that stands out on the flight line is the politics involved. The new department chair tends to run over the CFI’s and has an unprofessional approach with students and employees. As far as classes go, most are pretty fair with good professors.
